What’s been going on?

It’s been quiet on the yoga front, but that does not mean I have not been practicing! A daily practice, even if it’s just 5 to 10 minutes helps me create some space in my head. The stillness, is one element that brings me back to the yoga mat every day!

Classes in Hildesheim

While the mercury is rising to 36 degrees, I’m happy to announce that I will be starting a Monday morning class and Wednesday class very soon. Timing and location to follow but be prepared for a super location with focus on pregnancy yoga!!

Sliders – fun and effective

Barre as an exercise form can be enhanced with the use of equipment so while setting up, I have been target ordering equipment to give my clients the best results. Barreworks introduced sliders to their workouts and believe me, they are challenging, but very effective. I ordered a batch to add to the classes.  I will be incorporating these into the Barre classes and look out for 30 min HIT classes.

Spring is here (well in my living room)

Apart from fitness living I also enjoy gardening and was excited to try bulb forcing. Sounds a bit painful for the bulbs but I thought I would gave it a try. Now I have bowls full of Daffodils, its a lovely colour addition during this very grey January. If you want to try this, then place the bulbs in the fridge fro 10-12 weeks then plant out.

Barres have arrived!!

So excited that my new Barres have arrived, shipped all the way from the UK. I ordered 3m of the classic wooden barre, and a cardio barre. They look great in my cellar studio and can’t wait to try them out! Look out for classes or contact me for private barre sessions.
