Yoga für Schwangere

Class for expectant mothers, I recommend to join after the first trimester of your pregnancy. The focus is on breathing, relaxation and keeping the body strong and supple with yoga asana (poses). The class can be challenging at times, but this helps you to learn to breathe through discomfort and gain the necessary strength for labour.
Class is limited to 10 participants.
